NYCHA-PACT PROGRAM

New York City Housing Authority

Permanent Affordability Commitment Together Program

Dating back to 2015…

As an MEP partner who has delivered for this program since its inception after Superstorm Sandy, our ongoing history and relationship with NYCHA-PACT is unparalleled in scope. No other MEP provider can rival our years of firsthand knowledge, experience, and continued success.

Our journey commenced with the MEP conversions at Ocean Bay Houses in the Rockaways. Since then, we’ve advanced our success with significant strides at Harlem River Houses in Harlem as well as Williamsburg Houses in the Bronx. From design inception to ongoing maintenance, our dedication to PACT and to the residents of NYCHA continue unmatched. With over 7,500 apartments converted across three boroughs — and with that count steadily rising — no other MEP energy partner compares with our level of NYCHA-specific expertise, proven resources, and documented results.

Here’s a glimpse into just three of the dozen-plus NYCHA-PACT housing redevelopment projects Platinum’s own team has implemented and is currently completing:

Unmatched Precision. Proven Reliability.

Our extensive, hands-on expertise sets us apart as the NYCHA MEP partner you can trust. Across numerous NYCHA-PACT projects — plus, ten current, additional NYCHA initiatives in progress — Platinum has only submitted three change orders in total, and each was requested by NYCHA itself. That’s the power of precision, consistency, and unmatched reliability.
